Additionally, the liability is limited to either EUR 1 million or 2 <span class=\"caps\">SDR<\/span>\/kg per damage event, depending on which amount is higher. <\/p>\n<p>Clause 27 of the <span class=\"caps\">ADSp<\/span> does not apply to transports subject to the Montreal Convention.
